If you still can't find the glass you need after the search, write us an email at comercial@glassmop.es or give us a call, and we will try to find it for you.

When contacting us, remember to have the following information on hand: brand, model and serial number of the machine. This way, the process will be much faster. If you can also send us a photo of the broken glass and the cabin, it will be much easier to identify it and confirm that it is the same piece.

What is the difference between a Glassmop and an original manufacturer glass?

Practically, there is no difference. Our glass is manufactured with the same characteristics as the original glass that comes with the machine.

We have an extensive network of manufacturers and produce on a large scale, which allows us to offer the most competitive prices in the market for almost all our references.


How can I place an order?

Is there a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum order. You can place an order with only the pieces you need.

How can I make the payment?

If you are a new customer, we will send you a proforma invoice so you can place the bank transfer. If you are a trusted customer, contact us if you would like to arrange a different payment method tailored to your needs.

How long will it take to receive my glass?

The delivery time depends on the order volume, packaging, the transport company and the destination. If you need more information about delivery time, contact us and we will provide you with a more accurate estimation.

Can I place an order online?

Yes, to place an order online, you need to register on our website, and once you receive confirmation, you can start adding items to your cart. Once the order is completed, it will be automatically entered into our system, and we will processing it to send it yo you as soon as possible.


How will my glass be packaged?

For international orders, individual pieces are sent in EPS, a special packaging made of cardboard and polystyrene handmade to each glass. We also offer the option of mixed box shipments, which are cardboard and wooden boxes with the same design as EPS but more resistant.

For large-sized pieces, especially delicate pieces, or large curved glasses, we ship them in custom-made wooden boxes for each order. Orders that include multiple pieces are also shipped in wooden boxes.

If you need specific packaging for your shipment or want to choose any other packaging options, contact us, or inform us when placing the order.

Which transport agency will deliver my order?

We work with several transport agencies to offer you the most competitive price depending on the destination and glass characteristics. If you want to know the shipping details, contact us after completing the order, and we will provide you with all the information about the transport company and the tracking number of your order.

However, at the time of placing the order, we will inform you of the estimated depurate date. Generally, orders are shipping on the same day they are received unless they are received at a time when it is no longer possible to dispach them on the same day or due to excess workload in the warehouse. In those cases, the order will be shipped the next day.

What if my glass arrives broken?

Upon receipt of the order, it is necessary to ensure that the package has arrived in perfect condition. You should check the packaging and the product in front of the carrier before signing and accepting the goods. Otherwise, in case of an incident, we will not be able to claim the transport company, and the claim will not be valid.

If there is any anomaly or the glass is broken when checking the goods, you must make a note on the delivery note and accept the material. Within 24 hours, you should send us photos of the package's condition and the piece to comercial@glassmop.es so that we can process the incident. We will inmediately send you replacements for the damaged items at not additionsl charge.

Can I pick up a glass myself?

If you prefer to pick up the glass at our facilities, simply inform us at the time of placing the order. Once it is ready, we will notify you and arrange an appointment for you to come and pick it up.

Can I arrange for my transport agency to pick up my order?

If you want your own transport company to pick up your order, just let us know when placing the order. We will inform you as soon as it is ready, so you can coordinate the collection with your carrier. 


Can I return a glass?

Yes, returns are accepted with the express authorization of Glassmop and within a maximum period of 15 days from the receipt of the order. If you want to process a return, you must contact us directly through comercial@glassmop.es and indicate the reasons for your return. Once our experts have analyzed the case, they will authorize or deny the return. If the procedure is authorized, we will inform you of how to proceed.

What should I do if the glass I received is not the one I needed?

In that case, contact us as soon as possible, and we will resolve the issue immediately.

Can I install the glass myself once received?

Certainly, if you have the necessary knowledge and tools, you can install it yourself. If not, we recommend seeking assiatance from a specialist or a specialized workshop.
