Our glasses are shipped as soon as they are ready in our warehouse. Our packing system is pioneer in the market as we are always innovating with the newest technology to offer the best service to our customers. Therefore, our product arrives always intact to our customers through the transport company indicated on the purchase.

Glassmop's transport is always insured as long as the customer checks the goods in front of the forwarder (transport company) and inform us on the delivery note and by email if there are any anomalies or breaks. Otherwise, no claim is valid.

Remember that at the time of signing the proof of delivery, you accept the goods in the condition they are in.

All glasses' returns are to be authorised expressly by Glassmop. The customer will take charge of transportation costs of the return.
